Jennie Adams

Australian author Jennie Adams began her Harlequin career with the publication of her first two Harlequin romance stories in 2005. Jennie’s first release ‘The Boss’s Convenient Bride’ hit the Waldenbooks Bestseller list in its first week of release. Hundreds of thousands of copies of Jennie’s books are in print around the world in English, hardback, paperback and eBook formats and in over a dozen foreign language editions marketed in countries as diverse as Russia, Japan, Spain, Poland and South Africa.

Jennie is a long time member of Romance Writers of Australia, and credits her membership of its Isolated Writers Scheme, online email group and attendance of its annual conferences as a major impacting factor in her rise to success as one of Australia’s popular Harlequin Romance authors.

An avid romance reader, particularly in the historical, paranormal and suspense romance sub-genres, Jennie is the self-confessed owner of an over-active imagination. When she isn’t writing her own romance stories, or reading, Jennie keeps her imagination busy writing articles and short stories on anything from alpacas to gardening to visiting the zoo. Jennie’s articles and short stories have been published under various pseudonyms and versions of her name in magazines and periodicals in Australia and overseas.

Jennie has travelled in America, trekked Australia’s Kosciusko National Park, lived and worked on a wheat/sheep farm, played piano at marriage ceremonies, sung in a choral production, and worked in jobs ranging from Legal transcription typist, to motor mechanic’s office assistant. Jennie makes her home in a small inland city in New South Wales.
